According to operational data from the JSC "Situational-Analytical Center for the Fuel and Energy Sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan," a historic record for daily average oil production was achieved in Kazakhstan on January 26, 2025. The figure reached 278.4 thousand tons, marking a 10.5% increase compared to the same date in 2024 (251.9 thousand tons).
Experts attribute this achievement to two key factors. The first is the completion of major phases of the Future Growth Project (FGP) implemented by LLP "Tengizchevroil" (TCO). The second is the commissioning of the Third Generation Plant (3GP) at the Tengiz oil field.
