The STEM Analytical Center continues to strengthen its cooperation with leading research organizations in the region. Another Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with the Center for Questioning Regional Affairs, which operates under the Faculty of International Relations at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU). The document was signed by the Head of STEM, Orkhan Yolchuyev, and the Director of the Center, A.A. Yermekbayev, who also serves as Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations and World Economy.
The parties agreed to implement joint scientific projects aimed at deepening the analysis of regional and international agendas, especially in the context of political and social processes taking place in Central Asia. The purpose of the cooperation is to combine academic resources and research expertise to develop recommendations that can contribute to more sustainable and balanced development of the region.
The Center for Questioning Regional Affairs is an independent, non-profit educational institution established within the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The center actively operates in accordance with international standards, integrating practice, science, education, and innovation. Particular attention in its activities is given to the quality of research and social responsibility.
“Cooperation with such a progressive research center as Questioning Regional Affairs opens new horizons for interdisciplinary dialogue and for engaging youth in the expert community,” said Orkhan Yolchuyev.
