Director of the STEM Analytical Center, Orkhan Yolchuyev, delivered a speech on November 6 at the 2nd Azerbaijan–Uzbekistan Youth Forum.

The event began with a minute of silence in memory of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland.

This was followed by the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

A video highlighting the friendship and cooperation between the two countries was also presented within the forum.
